Support Ticket System Upgrading

We are upgrading our support system, which will include new functions making tracking warranty service and shipment more easier. The upgrading also allows us to release an iPhone app which lets you post support topics ranging from registering warranty, creating support ticket (snaps photos right from your phone) and tracking support process anywhere anytime.

During recently several weeks, we are only able to provide limited support through the current ticket system.
